Pros: Fully customizable. Integrated with billing. Easy to use. Texting patients to remind them of upcoming visits and appointments. Compatible with iPads.
Cons: More expensive than some other software. But for the cost, the software is fantastic.
Overall: I am very pleased with the SilkOne. I have used this software since 2011. I have recommended SilkOne to many other doctors as well.

Pros: They are very quick to answer questions. I did one on one training on a regular basis in beginning until it became easy as can be to perform all its capabilities.
Cons: Haven’t had any issues. It’s a bit of a learning process in beginning, but I think any EHR will be something you have to learn to navigate.
Overall: Exceptional customer service and intuitive interface, I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for great EHR and insurance billing.

Pros: In addition to be an EHR, allows you to keep track of inventory and stats of the clinic. You can access records at any time and at any computer.
Cons: Too much clicks for SOAP note.....if they could improve in this it will be amazing!
Overall: Great customer service, they respond quickly. You can use this software whether you are a cash or insurance based practice.

Pros: I love the fact that it’s web-based and I can check and modify my schedule from home. The billing component is top notch as well.
Cons: There is a learning curve to every software. Including this one, but you won’t regret trying it out.
Overall: I highly recommend SilkOne for Chiropractic offices. It’s worth your time to give SilkOne a test drive. You won’t regret it.

Pros: Easy to use. Customizable to any office. Flows well in a busy office. Fast and easy to learn. It is always up to date. Never have I lost any information and this is all is backed up every night.
Cons: I’ve been very satisfied with this software and service. If I would change on thing it would be when there was updates made that they would email me what was new.
Overall: This software is the best. We have use it now over 12 years. The customer service is great and the people are friendly. I recommend this to all that ask and even those that don’t. I’m thankful for this software and where it has taken our office.

Pros: We love SilkOne. It is very doctor friendly, and easy to keep track of patient ledgers. I also like being able to upload X-rays to patient charts. I would definitely recommend SilkOne!
Cons: We have nothing but positive things to say about SilkOne.
Overall: We have had a great experience with SilkOne. We have never had any issues, and will continue to use it!

Pros: The support team is great. Any questions you have are answered almost instantly. If not by the very next day. Software design is good for busy practice. I am able to see many patients and get through documentation fast. Integration with our current marketing is stellar.
Cons: Lots of clicking and there is limited self policing of the software. Some processes could be streamlined better. Not being able to leave a patient encounter to make a change elsewhere, to then have to go back into the encounter is frustrating.
Overall: Overall the process has been positive. Getting started was a challenge. SilkOne team was by my side every step of the way.

Thanks for your review Dr Marc...as stated in the email I sent to you, there are links to easily go from screen to screen. You also have the option to open separate browser windows allowing you to work on two screens simultaneously. Contact support of call me directly any time !
