    Pros: ShowMyPC is a browser-based platform. It comes with cross-platform support. Desktop and mobile screen sharing can also possible without login. Real-time chat.

    Cons: I'm pretty impressed with ShowMyPC. It's easy to use. No cons.

    Overall: Remote supports software plays an important role to improve customer service. For this, I use ShowMyPC it helps me to conduct training and fix the client problem.
