"Awesome value" Posted 2021-09-27
Pros: Shipday integrates nicely with our ordering platform - GloriaFood. It automatically grabs the orders, sends them to our drivers depending on the area set for every driver, sends the customers sms notifications with order status and live driver tracking. Awesome.
Cons: The design is still in development. Also, it lacks integration with just eat and Uber Eats which means we have to manually type in all orders from these platforms to Shipday.
Overall: As the product (which not long ago was called Questtag) is still under development, the support is amazing, the suggested changes are often being added very quickly. I like the contact with the devs and I love the platform.
