    "Site is constantly down since first of the year"

    Pros: Work flow is sensible. Drag and drop functions well for file upload. Ease of use a plus. Customizable notifications.

    Cons: Intermittent fails to even reach login page.
    Customer service is Terrible. Emails do not get responded to.

    Overall: System used to be great, recently, now very poor.
