    "Powerful but easy to use"

    Pros: Intuitive with a fair amount of features. I like the ability to see exactly where our employees are in the process of working through a service ticket. Advance notice to next customer is good especially if running late. Like the Check In / Check Out feature so we can know which employee has which tool and what customer they’re using it for

    Cons: Not sure of any cons right now. It did take a couple of days to learn the many features but that goes to how many there are!

    Overall: Good and easy to learn and very powerful
    Liked the ability for employees to make notes on the job which is immediately available to our Admin.
    Well done!
