Pros: I like that it's easy to work, paperless save environment, alway real time online, easy to control, visible trend.

Cons: In case, found problem its delay for support because Thailand and US which have different time zones. Not immediate action for root cause.

Overall: Good system but company shall be operator which skill and competency, computer skill, computer or i-pad support. Each module have the advantage so visibilities trend and online record. I not yet using every module.

Pros: Once the system is used, it is fairly easy to use. Seems to have all the information available for use in quality assurance.

Cons: Way too much clicking. Extremely tedious when it comes to inputting data. Would be nice if tab, arrows, etc. could be implemented more instead of mouse clicking. Could also have an easier way to move or alter location of items.

Overall: An overall positive experience. I would recommend and plan to continue using. The organizational aspect is ideal for someone like me.

Pros: Taking documents from pen and paper to digital, reminders for deadlines and being able to see all open tasks/responsibilities in one area.

Cons: The software is not as customizable as promised during sales pitch. Many of the documents we needed and told could be created were never created. Quite a few very basic keystrokes and search options that should be updated in order to make the work faster.

Overall: If there were different cost tiers based on how the system is being used than it would be a better option.

Pros: This product is all inclusive: it will contain all of your documents and organize every piece of your food safety system. The search feature is wonderful. The Monitoring Module is easy to work with and can be tailored easily to fit the needs of your specific business.

Cons: The modules do not have all of the same features or capabilities. If you learn to customize the Monitoring module, that ability does not necessarily carry over to the other modules. There are key features missing that everyone expects in a digitized work environment: like a back button that brings you to the last screen you were working on, or the ability to fill down, right, left, etc

Overall: Overall this is an amazing program, there is definitely a learning curve and an intensive set up, but the initial training and set up support is truly great. Everything becomes at your fingertips as long as you have internet access. There is Food Safety information to be had, and a place to house all of your food safety programs, procedures, and documents. Reminders can be set up and work nicely (especially for those pesky quarterly, annual, or bi annual tasks). This system helps ensure your data is organized, complete, and available,

Pros: I love the amount of functions it has. It is very useful with the amount of features. I like the ability to customize and build programmes.

Cons: It would be really nice for multiple users to work on 1 entry at the same time. It lacks that function.

Overall: It has been a wonderful time with setup. There are weird nuances within the system, but with use they're not a big deal and easily overcome.

Pros: Technical support of the software implementing team. when we needed to support they helped us , we are located in the USA but with different hours between us and them they always were ready to help us and answered all of my technical question.

Cons: Easy to understand and using for the users. everybody can work with this software after a short training.

Overall: This software and program is very useful and match with our requirements. all modules match with our food safety standards.

Pros: Cloud based. Great Help center online. Any questions we had were immediately answered. Easy to train staff.

Cons: Setup took a bit long, but well worth it in the end.

Overall: Safefood 360 helped us make a huge improvement to our QMS. We were in the process of implementing SQF and this helped us get there.

Pros: So easy to use. Easy to build new programs. Love the expiration notices. Easy to navigate.

Cons: Support is a little lacking. Takes too much time.

Overall: Overall it has been a fantastic investment for our company. Affordable documentation control option.

Pros: Safefood 360 is a very user friendly system. It is easily configurable to any business. I have been a user for going on 9 years. With 35 modules, this system has almost everything any Quality program needs.

Cons: Would like to see more additions to the system. Would also like to see the system be able to perform a trace if using batching automatically.

Overall: Safefood 360 is a key part of our Quality Management System. Without it, we would not be where we are.
