Overall: I didn’t manage to receive any SMS using the “Receive SMS” service because the numbers this company sells are heavily abused. The refund process from balance back to the payment method is deliberately complicated, and refunds are only allowed for the most recent top-up (if they’re possible at all, given how often and drastically this company changes its refund policy). The rental service has absurdly high prices and can’t be refunded at all (even though refunds were previously possible). The prominent red “Cancel” button shown immediately after purchase is misleading now - it may look like a refund option, but it just remains of old interface and do nothing. Rented phone number immediatly got ton of spam, showing how abused those numbers for 10+ usds for couple of hours. Support is unhelpful and downright rude - for my question about this support just sent me zoomed picture (because text is deliberately small and hard to read so you will not bother) of new refund policy.

Pros: None. I couldn't get a number from the desired country and service although it was stated that it was available.

Cons: If your number doesn't work or if you can't get your number after you have paid support won't refund you and keep telling you it is under review even after 2 months.

Overall: Not good at all. Scam site. Don't refund you if you can't get the number you wanted after telling you it was available.

Pros: Large selection of country codes and services, ability to buy numbers on-demand, and helpful filtering by platform. Their interface clearly shows which numbers are currently working best for specific apps.

Cons: Support could be more responsive. Submitting a ticket is the only way to get help, and it can take a few hours to get a resolution — not ideal when running time-sensitive ad campaigns.
