About SGF/My Forest
The system became operational with the Forest Registry and Silviculture modules initially and in 2010 it was also included the Harvest, Transportation and Wood Yard modules. Land Management and GIS modules were added at the beginning of 2011 and the Nursery, Demands and Land Management modules are currently being finalized. In 2012, INFLOR’s team will install the Depletion module. BSC decided to acquire INFLOR SGF system because it was the only system that can easily be integrated with SAP, besides the convenience of having just a single forest system supplier. The mapping of the plots is done through tools for the data recovery in order to register, validate and distribute the information in the geographic database and ERP. With the harvest control made by the system, it is possible to program and define the areas harvested, which teams will perform the work, collect the biometrics of the harvest supervisor and issue a report with the presence and performance of each person.
