Pros: When it's operating properly it's ok.
Too bad i've spent literal days worth trying to un-'stuck' this program, really makes me wonder why I've been paying for this product for so long.Cons: Lack of customer support, can take days to get back to you, and that's not acceptable for their primary clientele.
If I had a dollar for everytime they have come back to me with "uninstall and reinstall the programs" I'd have enough money to retire.
Or they mark your ticket as resolved when it hasn't been.
Outdated online fix pages. Just look at the difference between the up/down votes on the prompt "Did you find this helpful".
Updates aren't automatic.
For whatever reason Production Manager forgets printers/cutters so you need to reconfigure, which wastes alot of time.
Have spoken to friends within the industry and they all share the same experiences.Overall: Overall negative.

Will be looking at different alternatives for 2026, and I can't recommend this product until they fix the plethora of issues it currently has.

Pros: None its a scam and charged for trial- no refunds policy be aware. I needed 34 more characters so here they are.
Cons: Poor support no refunds policy for trial software.
Overall: Just read the industry forums. I used their trial and they charged me and wouldn't refund on last day- poor policy and reflective of their service. CorelDraw or Roland RIP instead. Don't support industry software models like this.

Pros: The software works for the cutting and plotting you need to do;
Customise work spaces to fit your plot area.
Easy to tracl RGB JPGs and PNG.Cons: Setting up plotters is difficult if you're not sure of you hardware details.
The subscription fee to JUST PLOT is £50 a month costing more than any Adobe alternative.
Frequently loses plotters or crashes.
Updates install fresh so you have to go uninstall the previous version.Overall: This software was great when the price was lower. However recent updates have meant more crashes, support isn't helpful and they send you around the block. I used to love this software. It's fallen out of favour, but I have ten years of designs saved in SAi proprietary format.
