It is a tool that has in-built end to end campaign management functionalities from planning campaigns to executing and tracking responses to it, on channels such as email, SMS, push notification and the like. It comes pre-loaded with marketing campaigns, automated micro segments, and a relationship dashboard. Acquigo is a product offering of Xerago, an integrated marketing services entity that has been working with marketing automation platforms for about 15 years. Xerago brought marketing automation to India in 2005.
