Rotary Tube Pro™ offers a complete design and cut solution for tube and pipe parts in mechanized cutting applications – including plasma, laser, waterjet, and oxyfuel. Import files from 3D CAD or use the parametric input to easily create new tubes and branches with no 3D CAD experience required. Side-wall cutouts can be selected from a list of pre-defined shapes, or added from CAD. "Regular nesting " is 2D nesting on rectangular and irregular sheet + export as dxf
"Profiles nesting" is linear nesting of profiles/beams layouts. Before nesting operator set all profiles parameters. Export as dxf or g-code. Extension to SheetCam's rotary pipe/plasma plugin.
Operator can nest parts, import nesting_result.dxf in SheetCam and make tool-paths / g-code. DGNest (CAD) has options which SheetCam (CAM) has not, in collaboration they are highly-efficient.
