Rootpal

Pros: Easy to setup, instal apps and manage websites.
There is nothing more. You have the possibility to do nearly anything.

Cons: Outages in the order of hours are no exception.
Unavailability of services or support is standard.
Imagine putting your clients' sites here.
Their slogan from their site: "We provide you with a unique and unmatched hosting experience, delivering 99.99% uptime & 24/7 support" it is pure fiction and has nothing to do with reality.
Worst hosting experience I've had.
If you want to lose business and feel frustrated, order their services.

Overall: Average hosting services. The support is awful. This is the worst hosting service in the world. If you run a business and want your business to succeed, never use any service provided by Rootpal.

Pros: Nothing at all. There are no redeeming qualities of this platform and it should never be considered by anyone.

Cons: Everything. Ridiculous downtime (just this weekend along I'm at 24 hours down - that's half the weekend...), terrible support that's incompetent in more ways than one, and slow speeds.

Overall: You should avoid Rootpal at all costs. If you value your time, money, and business/brand, you should choose any other hosting service. I am in the middle of switching to DreamHost as a result of Rootpal's terrible service. I can't even get to my sites to migrate them, which is miserable, so until the sites are back up, I'm stuck with them, but the second I have access again - I AM GONE.

Pros: There are literally no imposed limits, not bandwidth, visitors, database size, use of plugins, etc. I don't have to work around limitations. Their tech is fast and their support too. Managing of websites is done using Plesk, which I had not seen before but now I think it's the best. Light years ahead of the pack. Very intuitive and easy to use, this makes me more productive.
The features available to me are mind-blowing, I actually need fewer plugins on my websites.

Questions are being answered and as its managed support, they will do it for you.
Zero nagging points to sell me more stuff, it's cleanest UI/UX (worth mentioning).

Cons: A few months ago support was a bit slow but that has changed.
I know I will not be happy with other hosting companies after this experience (I hope we will be together forever :)

Overall: Rootpal has picked mature and robust solutions for their offerings, which gives me confidence that they will be successful.
My websites are in good hands.
I totally love their Youtube channel, the videos are on point. Super helpful.
They offer other services which I will try when the time comes.
