    Pros: - Self-hosted, full control of our data
    - Easy to use with options for enterprise features like LDAP authentication and user activity and message auditing
    - Mobile apps are nice, feature-rich, and notifications work well
    - Very customizable

    Cons: - Can be clunky in some places, but the Dev team continues to address those pain-point and upgrade them at a steady pace (ex. Auditing was missing previously, but is now feature-rich)

    - Too many people try to compare it to Slack

    Overall: We've had a good experience with Rocket.Chat and will continue to use it for our company for the foreseeable future. The product itself meets or exceeds our expectations in most ways.

    On the enterprise side, their account team has been stellar and easy to work with. They take care of their customers.
