Pros: Great for keeping students information, let us bill easier and did help us organize our membership.

Cons: Completely drained our bank account. We are a non-profit and charge very little for our martial arts classes. As we grew so did the bill. Soon we were paying more to RhinoFit than we were taking in. Currently looking for a new solution.

Overall: Need a cheaper solution. Our non-profit is suffering because of the cost and honestly this is one of the cheapest products out there.

Pros: So many payment failures for no reason. Zero support and the worst app of life. it doesn't fit on your iPhone and will just basically redirect you to their super limited and terrible website. I guess these were the pros.

Cons: Everything was super bad. Truly, I'm not sure if there was anything I could say without the blood vessels in my temple exploding.

Overall: I'd rather be set on fire than have to use this app. I'm actually contemplating finding a new gym instead of having to deal with this.

Pros: Love that I have my own barcode so that I can swipe at the door and have instant access whenever I want to work out.
As I try different classes, and different instructors, I can see the options under the instructor OR the convenient times for my busy calendar. I truly appreciate the color coding time frames. Appreciate that I can see my month at a glance, week, or just a simple day at a time.

Cons: Not the fastest software I use. Perhaps it's because there's a lot of information to load but all I want most of the time is my barcode for entrance into the gym.

Overall: Overall, I am pretty satisfied. I especially appreciate the ability to pay from month to month as some gym software programs are longer term.

Pros: Very economically priced. Great customer support with Nancy. Available app to download to your phone. Easy to reserve classes when you select the right square.

Cons: Confusing when checking members in- doesn’t take off from the reserved side. Need more updates for available usage such as easier emailing and simple texting. Would be great to for members to confirm classes with a reminder send to them. Class squares are very little to click on.

Overall: This is my first software experience since opening my gym and changing would be difficult. I am in need of more functionality going further as I am growing my business.
