    Pros: N/A.

    Cons: Resume Genius was difficult to deal with. I can tell they are more out to get money than actually help their clients. I committed to many hours building a resume to find out that their payment method was not functioning properly. I took all the steps necessary to resolve as they suggested in which took many more hours without any success. I asked countless to resolve the issue but could not and refused to send me my resume. Then they told me to take my business to another company.

    Overall: Very unprofessional. AVOID ResumeGenius!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCAMMERS

    Pros: Sort of easy.

    Cons: No real A.I. to step in.
    NO SPELL CHECK.
    Limited formatting - even after you pay.
    Cover letter is the worst bunch of generic fluff.
    Pull up any youtube video on cover letters to get better advice.

    Overall: I can write a better resume and w/o question a better cover letter.
    The page format is the only saving grace, but even then, it keeps wrapping the 1 page doc into 2 pages. I then shorten the resume, and it keeps stretching into a 2nd page (very irritating)!

    Pros: Nothing they took my money when I never bought the subscription. I am not made of money. Very upset I was lied too.

    Cons: They scammed me by taking my money when I have no idea how they could.

    Overall: They told me I would be refunded $24 after being charged for a subscription. I never watch it and then I get told Iā€™m only getting paid $17 very upset and disappointed.
