Pros: We like the system because it is fast, very interactive, its user interface is very friendly, highly recommended for day-to-day work in the company.

Cons: At the moment we have no cons, or things to complain about.

Overall: In general, the system it has is very good; Perhaps the only thing that could be added in the future is AI to accommodate cars of the same category and free up available spaces to further optimize occupancy, which today is something that is done by hand.

Pros: It is a software that adapts to your car rental, I highly recommend it because it has helped us improve as a company.

Cons: We did not like that sometimes the system gets stuck when entering a new reservation.

Cons: I see a lot of potential in the software ass a market place of car services, i would like more integrations with other applications

Overall: We use Rently daily in the core of our service to bring every day a better service to our clients and to differentiate from others rent a car in a very competitive industry.

Pros: It is an interactive system.

Changes such as being able to edit customer information on the same page.

Cons: I think the cons are more in the app than in the system.

Makes the delivery system and return slower due to limitations on how to upload photos.

That asks for signatures from the client, but you must open the browser again to login and then search for the contract.

Or the fact that some things continue in Spanish, such as identifying what the file that is uploaded belongs to and saying "delivery" in Spanish.

Overall: The experience in general is good, however, arrangements should be incorporated such as the signing process with openedge or a better device than from a phone, you have to log in, load the contract, etc. Some clients complain.

Especially improve the app so that it works like the website and makes the delivery and return process simpler.

Pros: The software is intuitive and easy to expand in functionalities when your company grows. The initial setup is alongside with their implementation team and they have a great tool to reach out in case of emergencies

Cons: Software updates are overnight and 1 time per month.

Overall: Great solutions for fleet management. Currently we are managing a fleet of 100 trucks that are rented to different external customers. The software can easily adapt to internal needs and in other opportunities we had to improve our current processes for better outcomes

Cons: In this moment I don't have a cons with the app.

Pros: They are always available to help you in case that you need something to solve, they are kind and they solve you any problem that you might have. I recommend 100% the company.

Cons: It’s a growing company and some times you have to wait for any special need that you have, but they have always time to listen all your needs.

Overall: I was using another software, but this one has the best support that I found all around the web, the software is friendly and easy to use, they don’t have a lot of mistakes, and they update very often.

Cons: On the early stages of the software we were one of the test companies with the BETA version. After some years they manage to gain the best stability.
