Rentberry

Pros: Rentberry software is technology at its finest. There are plenty of listings in my area and Rentberry technology allows me to filter down exactly what I am looking for for my next home. I am an experienced renter and every time i get ready to move, its always a hassle lining up different rental options; Rentberry has solved that problem.

Cons: What I did not like about Rentberry was everything is centralized in one area. I wish I could use the same app software on my desktop computer.

Overall: My overall experience with Rentberry Software has been great. I always recommend it to friends and family.

Pros: I like the ease of searching for rentals in one easy platform. They also seem to have better listings then you see on some of the other sites.

Cons: There were no major cons with the app. I think the map could pinpoint the property a little better rather than clipping them together.

Overall: Overall I think the platform is a great option for renters and landlords to really improve the hassle of renting.

Pros: It's easy to use, a lot of choices in one location, everything is in one spot. Makes searching for a place for my kid a lot easier

Pros: Rentberry is one of the latest technologies included in its real estate application where all the transactions and communications are done using block-chain technology. This means that payments, rental agreements, and all other documents are end-to-end encrypted. All these are stored in a secured decentralized place to provide us the security, tamper-proof savings, and clear transparency to us. It can support the rental agreement preparation and future disputes if any for both tenants and landlords. I think it is one of the biggest database-holding platforms hence it provides us with more options for rental searching. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a secure way to rent a new place.

Cons: I found all the required features in this platform and did not find anything missing which is critical for me.

Overall: When I was looking for a new rental, I was able to find more properties on Rentberry when compared to other platforms. And it was easy to find properties in the required area.

Pros: The app is very intuitively designed. A rich graphical interface displays all the key features on the landing screen: search; messages; my place; and profile. Built-in mapping allows you to see the precise location of available without having to exit the app. 3-D walk-through allows for precise tours of properties. Communication between landlords and tenants is instantaneous, with all interactions preserved.

Cons: There isn't really anything I don't like. However, the app lacks a way for a prospective renter to privately compare or rank properties against each other. Say, cost of rental; number of bedrooms; number of baths; square footage; nearby public amenities, etcetera.

Overall: Positive! I would highly recommend this app to family, friends, and basically anyone else looking for a stress-free apartment hunting experience. Certainly beats rushing from neighborhood to neighborhood to meet with landlords.

Pros: I liked that the platform was easy to follow, navigate and it was user friendly. It solves a major problem with trying to find short term rentals and deal with landlords. The documents are easy to sign and dramatically reduces time spent on trying to find a place to live.

Cons: There was no drawback or con that I see to using this platform.

Overall: The overall experience was incredibly positive. The network is very easy to navigate and technical support is very timely if you need any assistance. I would highly recommend this platform to anyone that needs to find short term rentals for living.

Pros: Excellent features, design, support, and pricing. Strategic collaboration is in place in order to achieve wider reach.

Cons: takes some time to get used to the site, but is not complicated

Overall: As a former landlord, I know there is no easy one-stop shop for managing the whole long-term renting process.

Pros: I was blown away by how easy Rentberry made apartment hunting! The ability to make offers was unique and helped me secure my ideal place. I had a few questions during the setup of the rental process, and the customer support team was incredibly helpful and supportive. They responded quickly and made everything stress-free!

Cons: They are great to use if you are looking for an apartment in a major city but unfortunately they have yet to expand to smaller markets.

Pros: I like the fact on Rentberry I was able to submit a Custom Offer for a bid on a rental home. I was able to easily create an account, and I got approved in minutes after submitting my background and credit check

Cons: I wish they had an option to search for just rental properties for senior living.
