    Pros: Rentworks is very easy to use. The software was flexible enough to allow third party reservations coming in from our brokers to be easily integrated into the system. The availability of 24-hour help desk is a great feature. We are also able to generate a wide array of management reports. The fleet management feature is exceptional and is a great asset for us.

    Cons: The system times out too quickly which slows productivity at times.
    Also, updates have caused some disruption on occasion. However, they are working on a solution to resolve this and prevent it happening in the future.

    Overall: Our transition to Rentworks has been fairly smooth considering the volume of data we handle. Their staff are always willing to work through any issues and to trouble-shoot problem in order to satisfy a need. They will even customize whenever it is not available in their current options.
