Pros: The support staff is exceptional, with prompt responses to any questions, and willingness to make the product work for your needs. The platform offers an in-depth and organized system for tracking your work, and a variety of search capabilities to keep you organized. It also works well on a smart phone for working on the go.
Cons: Any "cons" I've found were brought up to the support staff and were always swiftly addressed and resolved.
Overall: We use Recruiteze every day at our organization, and it helps the day run smoothly. Even working with multiple people, it's easy to keep up to date with all of the tools provided.

Pros: Love the ease of posting on multiple job sites with one post.
Love the email templates for both automated and manual replies.
Love the ease to gather resumes.
Love the ability to filter candidates by keywords.Cons: Would like to be able to post location as remote.
Would like to be able to see email exchange.
Would like to be able to set the Hiring Manager as Anonymous.Overall: Very powerful sight and very user friendly. I was not much of a believer in posting for jobs, but I have had early successes that have changed my mind.

Pros: Everything! I love the simplicity, the powerfulness, the accuracy, the configurability, and it has streamlined many of our internal processes and keeps my entire team on track, our clients on track, and our vendors on track with candidates and status of workflow.
Cons: There are no cons as all support requests are resolved, and feature requests are implemented, and it just works - never will have a con!
Overall: I previously was tasked by a startup to do a business case for an ATS - they wanted to review all the competitors and best tools, and using tools like financesonline.com and others, after about 2 months of digging into trials etc, I landed on Recruiteze. Distinctives with Recruiteze #1 is customer service and customer satisfaction. The other tools that we tested and tried, did not even come close to the response time for questions, walk throughs, investment of learning our business model and streamlining and more. Recruiteze is the best tool out there, and with the additional products of Ireformat and new product HReze; we will be using all their products as part of our offering and business model. We are customers for life!

Pros: Easy job posting directly to 15 job boards, some of which syndicate, resulting in over 120 job boards.
E-mail templates for automatic responses that are variable driven to make them easily re-usable.
CRM-like tracking of e-mails so history is easy to see per candidate.
Easy and highly functional career page.Cons: A few usability issues that I understand the team is working on. So, it took a ew days to get used to the interface. But after doing so, I was able to operate efficiently.
Overall: Great value and powerful tool. Has made a big impact on our business. We now have multiple users and are able to scale our recruiting operations!

Pros: Very user friendly and simple to use. Easy to navigate and has immense value for the money. Within 5 minutes we were set up and able to post our first job to numerous job boards. With the ability to create customized screener questions, and automatic responses and post and distribute the job to numerous job boards, we are able to hire quickly.
Cons: Nothing to dislike. The product has evolved so much since we have been using. It is constantly improving.
Overall: It is feature rich and very affordable for all the features it offers. We have tried various systems, and this is the best software we have used so far. Also the customer service is top-notch and the management is very receptive to feedback.
