    "Platform Never Worked"

    Pros: There is little good I can say about this platform. It did not deliver. The platform appeared to be creative, simple, and useful. But, it totally failed to render the short 15second videos our company produced for social media. We did not receive a single useful video from the system. I used the system daily for the short time I tried it. Things went bad pretty quickly.

    Cons: Platform is slow and buggy. I never was able to download a finished video from the system that worked. My downloads had the audio and video shifted from each other. At first, support response was prompt. But, that failed. They never resolved the issue and have continued charging me monthly after I requested to close the account and receive a refund for non-performance. I am disputing the charges through my credit card issuer.

    Overall: I'm really disappointed. My experience after requesting that my account be closed leaves me thinking the company is either very inexperienced or totally dishonest. Their lack of personal response to many contacts makes me lean toward dishonest. I would encourage other video producers to try a different platform.

    Pros: Lots of design options.
    Lots of flexibility.
    Cancels need for additional video tools for most non-designer users.
    Easy to use/intuitive.
    SaaS is the best.
    Pricing model offers additional option that most don't - package of video exports rather than ongoing subscriptions.

    Cons: The packages for video exports aren't priced fairly enough
    The monthly subscription - like competitors - is outrageously expensive.

    Overall: Best in class - after I reviewed and created videos with ALL of the following: VideoScribe, moovly, Vyond, Powtoon

    Best pricing options after reviewing all of the above plus Doodly, Toonly and Explaindo and Explainly

    "Ripped off. "

    Pros: Article to video feature, price is moderate.

    Cons: They have unstable platform, and bad support.

    Overall: I paid 12 months subscription. But after 2 months, I found problems and asked a partial refund for my remaining credits/months, they refused. Totally ripped off.
