    Pros: #1- RSA SecureID adds 2 layers of authentication for desktop.
    #2- It prompts and gives a reminder for a password reset.
    #3- RSA SecureID offers authentication code on SMS, Biometric Authentication makes very easy to access.code.
    #4- Easy to add on desktop.

    Cons: #1- After desktop software update every time RSA SecureID requires manual activation.

    Overall: RSA SecurID offers me secure multi-factor authentication. It basically adds more protection to business desktop and makes it difficult to access the computer even you got a password.
