Pros: Quoting in the spot made my business 10x easier and more accurate. I mostly do door knocking and many of my guys don’t always estimate the price correctly. With the quick estimate we don’t even need customer info can just show them a quote on the spot! Nailed it!

Cons: Couple of glitches and issues loading but to be honest my connection isn’t great very often lol. Even with those things definitely stronger than a couple other CRMs I’ve used

Overall: Can’t get enough of Quote IQ I use it everyday! The team is very quick to answer anytime I have a question. Makes it feel personal

Pros: QuoteIQ took my monthly CRM bill from over $1000-$150 and gave me more features than any other CRM that I tried before. The napping tool is a game changer and saves me so much time, the virtual Call team answers every single call on the first ring for my business and customers have said I’ve never looked more professional with the estimates and invoices that I sent through Quote IQ software.

Cons: I haven’t really come across any cons. Anytime I’ve had an issue. The support staff has helped me immediately, or I’ve been able to talk to an actual American person on the phone, or over a video Zoom call.

Overall: Overall, I would say this software is best for anyone with a home service business because it gives you everything you need and more all in one place without having to go and purchase a bunch of other integrations or paying a software company that’s funded and backed by venture capitalists who go up on the price every single year. While betting on the fact that you won’t leave the software because it’s too hard so you’ll just accept paying more money. This software has all the features I could want more. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Pros: Generous pricing that gives you what you need as far as features go. Their team is super helpful too. Big fan of Mike and Justin and it is nice to know that they come from a service background as well instead of all these white collared folks

Overall: Overall for someone like me who is just trying to make a living and keep everything organized I think it is a great app. Customers seem to like it too so what else can I say you know

Pros: Great price, Fantastic features, Friendly support, Easy to use, Great design.

My favorite part is that i can access this app on all my devices and they dont charge some crazy fee for adding my employees.

Cons: i pretty much liked everything but there was a few things that were broken when i first started using the app 3 years ago but they've fixed everything very quickly so i am impressed. anytime i have any problems i tell support and they get it resolved or give me a quick workaround so i can continue my work.

Overall: Overall my experience has been wonderful. I've had a few problems using the app but the support team is very responsive and have always resolved my needs promptly. a total game changer for my car washing business.

Pros: Everything I need in one app—quotes, scheduling, payments, reviews—all built for my business. Updates and improvements are constant. The QuoteIQ team is always adding value to their platform.

Cons: None. Response times from support are fast and the help center is solid. I had an issue with a bug of a duplicated customer contact, and they were able to solve it with 15 minutes. Outstanding work compared to others in the industry.

Overall: QuoteIQ is the best app I’ve used to run my service business—simple, powerful, and worth every penny. I switched over from HouseCall Pro and couldn’t be happier with my decision. It’s simply all you need to run a home service business.
