Pros: Proofpoint is easy to integrate with your existing emails. It also visualizes the report of blocked emails and sender addresses. The pro plans give unlimited email scanning. You can also greylist or whitelist the emails manually.
Cons: In my six-month usage, it performs well and I never faced and downside.
Overall: Proofpoint is a very effective tool for email protection. It blocks almost every spam and potential threat email before reaching the email folder using its robust spam score engine. Overall, it does its email protection job pretty well, highly recommend this tool.

Pros: I began using this product as part of a merger and was very happy with it. It was effective, low false positive rates, and easy to manage.
Cons: No real cons during my use of the product. Sometimes attachment scanning may take an extra second or 2, which our users seemed to care about.
Overall: Overall, I was very happy with this product. Easy for users to manage their own whitelist and easy for admins to perform their functions on the backend.

Pros: Proofpoint is very powerful email safety tool. It can detect and block malicious and unwanted emails. It shows blocked mails stats and information. It has unique virus and malware alarm system.
Cons: Overall, Proofpoint is a very useful email protection tool, but the dashboard user interface is not easy to navigate.
