Cons: Currently it is available only for Windows and MAC OS. We are waiting for other OS like Ubuntu, Linux and mobile platform.

Yes, I surely recommend this product to the companies. If you want to use this product and integrate into your own application this is possible and they provide you end to end support. This helps to capture the complete data of a user that they are spending time on.

- Support provided by backend team is really awesome. Team manages SLAs as well as give support on using the product whenever required.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of. All the support provided is really praiseworthy.

Overall: ProHance is being used to see if we are using human resources in the most optimized manner. Are they spending time on the right tool. This helps us in making right business decisions and creating right environment for the team members. It also helps members to track time and know how they are utilizing their productive hours.

We have been able to save a considerable amount of NVAs due to ProHance usage. Highly recommended.

Pros: The way all discussions and queries were handled was very good. Prompt support on all queries raised.
