Pros: There are many aspects about AllSeated that I really enjoy. I like that it is an agile software that has many cool tools that allow me to plan an event effortlessly but effectively. AllSeated has a great area to build an event in such an organized manner that it gets rid of the space between reality and virtual reality, as it is a comfortable space and it feels very welcoming from the minute you start using it; I pretty much enjoy working with it every time I have to as it lets me have a broader perspective of the space that I am working with to plan a special event, allowing me to have access to different features such as seating plans, floor design, and have access to many different seating charts available on the software to choose the one that is most appropriate and comfortable for the event being planned, having a wide variety of them.
For the seating charts layouts, I like that AllSeated has the power to let me choose the most appropriate one based on different factors that the software itself recommends and sees fit, and it is a great extra help to have in hand. The event planning feature has so many great tools and it has the power to have a 3D view of all the planning that has been made along with many designer tools that allow me to plan even the smallest detail and have a virtual vision of everything to plan the most comfortable and perfect event; and it has also allowed me to streamline all the process step by step, creating reports that are very efficient and easy enough to digest, letting me work remotely with other team members as we plan a great event with many great guidelines and collaboration in real time.

Cons: AllSeated has its many limitations that become issues if you are working with big events. For example, the biggest downside of this software is that for me, the platform has turned slow and difficult to work with once too much information has been put into a single event planning; it will take a longer time to load all the different designer tools and assets that has been put in the planning feature, making it slower to work with overall. Another limitation that has bothered me is the fact that AllSeated does not offer a wide variety of assets to work with, they do very well in providing many different seating charts layouts that I can choose from, but when it comes to the designer assets to make sure that the event looks as gorgeous as possible, they don’t have much variety to choose from and it becomes an issue when I want to go for a different look in an event.

Overall: Working with AllSeated has been, overall, a great experience full of lessons learned in regards to planning an event successfully. There are many aspects to event planning that go missing or people don’t pay enough attention to them so problems tend to arise at the last minute, but this has not happened with AllSeated for the times I have used it, because it allows me to pay attention to everything and have more organization around the planning aspect of an event, and not only look at the outcome product. I like that I can work remotely with other people in charge of the event and have more collaboration even if it is remotely, because it shows that this software is prepared to handle virtual communication in an effortless way. For now, I have planned a couple events with this software and it has been a nice experience that has allowed me to have full control over how an event is organized, and have full control over all the assets and different designs that I choose to make the event feel more welcoming and spectacular, and make sure that it is to my liking thanks to the 2D and 3D virtual vision that allows me to have a better view of everything. AllSeated has provided a smart tool for my business that continues to improve its services to offer the greatest features to effortlessly plan an event, have a better workflow and feel more productive, and work collaboratively with everyone.
