Provide details about seasonal pool passes and guest passes. Set up free passes or set up the price for each pass and allow purchases through the mobile app. Upload your community pool rules in PDF format. Provide a pool schedule. Email the link to all your residents so they can apply for their pool passes. You can also import your residents list from an Excel or Google spreadsheet. Approve pending applications by the click of a button. An automated email will be sent to the resident with instructions on how to download and activate their passes. A free mobile app is available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Residents download and activate their pool passes on their mobile phones. When they arrive at the pool, they will use their phone to check in. A property manager can suspend pool passes to residents who have unpaid dues or for any other reason. Residents can see the real-time pool occupancy at any time.

    Pros: I liked that it was easy to do.
    Download, Check in and check out. Everyone usually carries a phone with them to the pool. If not they can print a pass.

    Cons: After checking out I usually got a later email saying I didn't check out. So I would gave to recheck that I did.

    Overall: It was easy and I am sure it was great for property staff knowing who and how many was in pool. Know how many in pool was good for me to know too.

    Pros: Very efficient. No more paper, cash headache. The app made everything automatic and stews free. Highly recommend.

    Cons: Everything was great, no complaints.

    Overall: Excellent app which made our pool entry and summer more enjoyable.
