Overall: Unfortunately, we, Trade Chemicals Europe BV, became victims of a security breach on Plisio, resulting in the theft of our funds. We aim to unite all affected customers to pursue legal action against Plisio. Our experience includes the following serious issues:

1. Customer Service Unresponsive: After reaching out, Plisio’s customer service denied any knowledge of the breach, claiming they could not access account data.

2. Widespread Impact: Over 171 customers were affected, with blockchain records indicating a total theft of more than $200,000. Our company alone suffered a loss of around $14,000, exceeding $20,000 when accounting for associated fees and taxes.

3. No 2FA Alerts or Notifications: Although we had 2FA enabled, we received no notifications about withdrawals.

4. Possible Inside Job: Strangely, all 171 customers experienced unauthorized withdrawals simultaneously, raising concerns about an internal security flaw or potential insider involvement.

5. Lack of Support from Plisio: Given their unhelpful response, a lawsuit seems like the only feasible route for any potential recovery.
