Trusted Control System
Rockwell Automation
Our Trusted® fault tolerant control system is designed to meet a wide range of safety requirements. This safety instrumented solution features a triple modular redundant (TMR) system that identifies the source of a fault. The system reacts immediately to contain system faults, helping to achieve your safety integrity requirements. The Trusted TMR design uses a majority voting process to identify the source of a fault. Random hardware failures will cause one of the three control ‘slices’ to react differently to the others. The voting system captures and reports the discrepancies. The Trusted TMR system will react immediately to contain system faults, helping to confirm it meets your safety integrity requirements. Integrates into wider control systems. Integrates into our PlantPAx® solution. Supports 24-120V DC or 120V I/O modules. High density I/O (up to 40 channels/module) Meets safety standards with partial stroke testing of critical valves. -

AADvance Control System
Rockwell Automation
Whether you need SIL 1-3, fail-safe to fault-tolerant and triple modular redundant (TMR) architectures, we can support your SIS requirements. Our AADvance® fault tolerant control system is a truly distributed, scalable safety instrumented system. Our AADvance solution allows you to apply different levels of module redundancy as required by specific parts of your application. This solution enables you to specify the level of safety integrity and availability you need throughout your plant. Our AADvance courses will provide a comprehensive overview of AADvance hardware, software, and troubleshooting. We offer additional tools to help ensure your AADvance implementation and training needs are addressed when and how you need them. Understand how AADvance operates as a fail-safe controller. Understand the configuration limits of the system. Design and assemble a complete system. Select the appropriate hardware based on I/O. -

ControlLogix SIL 2
Rockwell Automation
Manufacturers today require safe, reliable systems to safeguard people, property, the environment, and reputations. Safety integrity level (SIL) 2 certification of ControlLogix® products by TÜV makes it simpler, easier, and cost-effective for manufacturers to meet growing standards requirements. Configurable software makes the system easier to use. Pre-developed logic for diagnostics, comparison, alarming, and other functions is provided. Encapsulated routines are transparent and configurable. We offer industry expertise to help design, implement and support your automation investment. No additional training for a separate process safety system. Readily available spares, same hardware as Basic Process Control System (BPCS). The diagnostic methods and techniques that are used in the ControlLogix® platform let you configure and program ControlLogix controllers to perform checks on the total system.
