One of the standout benefits of Pimberly is how it has expedited our ability to get product information out to customers. With Pimberly, this process has become significantly faster and more reliable, enhancing our responsiveness and customer satisfaction.

Pimberly has completely revolutionised our data management processes. The platform offers a level of automation that we never had before, streamlining our operations and reducing the manual effort required. The automated workflows features ensure that our product information is accurate and consistent across all channels.

Updating product information in Pimberly is straightforward and efficient. The user-friendly interface allows our team to make changes quickly without needing extensive technical knowledge.

Pimberly’s flexibility in integrating with external systems has been another significant advantage. Whether it's our websites or ERP systems, Pimberly ensures seamless data flow. This integration capability has simplified our IT landscape and reduced the complexity of maintaining multiple data sources.

Cons: While the system generally performs well with individual tasks, its efficiency diminishes when processing large bulk updates.

Despite a few bugs which can be expected with an in-depth system as Pimberly, one of the redeeming aspects is its support team. Whenever issues arise, the support team is known for their quick and effective response. They are diligent in addressing and resolving problems.

Overall: Since adopting Pimberly, our organisation has seen significant improvements in data management, transforming our operations considerably.

Pros: Pimberly's delivery team is truly unmatched. It's clear that implementation for them is about finding a creative solution and adhering to best practices, not simply getting something out the door quickly. Pimberly also offers powerful automation that makes enrichment easier than ever before, whether focusing on product data or digital assets.

Cons: I found that certain processes within Pimberly could have been streamlined or automated a bit more, such as uploading or duplicating decision table rules or enabling attributes within a taxonomy.

Overall: I am very pleased with this platform on the whole - it has enabled us to view, work with, and enrich our product data in ways we haven't been able to before, and I know that insight on any questions I might have is always just an email away.

Pros: Pimberly's software is a clean and easy to use.
It's easy to navigate through products (especially if we have parent/child variants).
Customer service is top notch!
Always adding new features to make the process even quicker and better.

Cons: There is no really any downsides, whenever we had an issue or a bug it was always looked at almost instantly.

Overall: Overall, my experience with Pimberly has been extremely positive. The platform has significantly improved our product management processes, providing a streamlined and efficient solution for handling our diverse range of products. The intuitive interface makes navigation a breeze, even when dealing with complex parent/child variants. Additionally, the continuous addition of new features showcases Pimberly's commitment to enhancing user experience and staying ahead of industry needs.

Pros: Pimberly is really easy to use. The Customer Service is easily 5 star. Never afraid to ask them for help.
The flexibility Pimberly offers us has benefited the whole business.

Cons: Visibility of what the Decision table and Workflows are one created, option for titles would be ideal. However, Pimberly takes onboard any of your recommendations of improvement and try to implement them where possible.

Overall: Smooth transition from no PIM at all to implementing Pimberly. Training provided along the whole process and monthly check-ins. Their Customer service is fantastic.

Pros: The software is very intuitive and flexible to meet the needs of our very complex foodservice business. The software offers more than just enhancement opportunities for product data, such as sales sheets, vendor portals, et. al. These additional opportunities will enable us to have a better sales experience for our customers.

The Pimberly team was extremely knowledgeable and when our primary contacts didn't have the answer they got the answers and responded very quickly. They were extremely accommodating and easy to work with.

Cons: With only one pre-production and production environment we were a bit limited on how we could control the data as we created multiple schemas and category trees. This was not a road block but it did force us to look at our data differently to determine what were our non-negotiables in terms of how data is managed between systems.

Overall: The Pimberly team was an absolute pleasure to work with. They believe in their product and the quality of their work shows that. They are diligent, informed and extremely helpful. They are engaged in learning about the businesses of their clients and it shows when they come to the meetings with very specific questions and solutions prepared for us.

Pros: It's great to have a "one ring to rule them all" approach to product data, once the data is happily residing in the PIM you can easily (and automatically) update it with feeds and send it out with API channels and outputting files to SFTP locations.

Also, if you want to make any changes then their support team and account management are second to none.

Cons: It's a distant memory now and things have massively improved in recent years however the initial setup took longer than expected.

Overall: Pimberly has made the creation, storage and output of data consistent, easy and robust. It is also great to work with a company who are always trying to improve; for example, Product Grading. A few months ago I was pro-actively approached to see if I would like to have automatic grading of my products to that I could identify and address areas of weakness, the face to face training and implementation was all done free of charge and it is yet another reason why I feel as though Pimberly understand the importance the real world application of their product and are looking to create long-term symbiotic relationships with their customers.

Pros: Quick and easy to use, I taught myself (with help from support team) to use it competently in ~3 months.
Rules, workflows and decision tables are intuitive and powerful.
Channels are simple and straight forward to create to pass data downstream.
Expressions saved my sanity on multiple occasions.

Cons: Products and assets are separate entities, if there is a requirement to delete a product, deletion of assets needs to be done separately and manually. I assume this is done for the instance the same asset is applied to multiple products.

Lack of bulk handling of assets through the UI (e.g. bulk search for 10 assets) is not possible.

Overall: Support team are awesome! Artur, David & Matt have saved me from madness multiple times and have always been able to answer some of my "stupid" questions.

Pros: This product management software is the best on the market, from loading products and adding media to importing and exporting data fast and efficiently. Easily categorize your data and media so users can find all the product information they need within a few steps. As a Marketplace Manager I can get our products to any of our websites and platforms very quickly indeed.

I am also looking forward to the new features which are on the horizon to make Pim even better!

Cons: This is only a minor concern - Being able to group brands or retailers in the facet so we do not have a long list.

Overall: I use this product every day and I couldn't do what I do without it. I would recommend this product information software to any company without hesitation.

Pros: UI (when accurate), logical way of working and excellent support/on boarding who were able to get our setup done quickly.

Cons: Having to manually find attributes to export and format how they are exported and imported every time. Few improvements I can think of.

Overall: I would definitely recommend Pimberly, we were able to get up and running with out complex data set and product setup - on boarding guys were great.

However, we must say that my experience with the Pimberly PIM platform has been nothing short of extraordinary. It's a game-changer that has elevated our clients' digital commerce strategies to new heights. Their team is also great to work with, both for Merchants and for Agency Partners!
