Pros: The flexibility to choose the required channels and design the platform.
Cons: The currency choice is limited. Maybe if the system have various types of currencies will be better.

Pros: This is the first whistleblowing application in our company, and it has made it much easier for us to understand how the whistleblowing system works. Previously, I only encountered whistleblowing systems in government institutions but didn't understand the process that happens behind it afterward.
Some key features that are very helpful include ticketing, neat ticket grouping, easy onboarding of the application, operating a kanban board to track progress, multi-channel reporting that expands our reach, and their responsive support team.Cons: There are a few minor designs on the customer portal, and the number of theme options is limited. However, it seems like this can be addressed with add-ons.
Overall: Valuable application. This application has been quite helpful for our Risk team to review and monitor how our company operates.
