Pros: There are lot of things like scalability, easy syntax, data encryption at rest etc which inspired me to do hands-on with Percona MondoDB server.
Cons: I couldn't find any cons so far, but updates should be provided more often.
Overall: It has amazing features and would recommend everyone to give it a try once. I am sure one will surely love it.

Pros: It's highly scalable and easily compatible. Also, it's easy to integrate and maintain. It has most in-demand features too, like encryption and all.
Cons: As such I haven't found any cons working with it. However, some optimization can be done in features as a secondary requirement.
Overall: Overall working of Percona server is amazing. It's highly scalable and compatible. One of the best thing is as it is open source so many other people can contribute too and extend it to the advanced level.

Pros: It has some of the best functionalities that you get for free.
Has LDAP Authentication and Hot Backups which just lets you free from manual backup tasks.
Also with Database Auditing, you can easily monitor the Server and Database.
Also, it is compatible with Kubernetes.Cons: There is nothing bad about this product. It meets all my expectations!
You should give it a try and I bet you will not find any cons that will let you down.Overall: Just awesome.

It is just very easy to use and manage.
It also has Failover management and most importantly it is Developer friendly.

Pros: Reduced costs.
Storing data in memory do not have additional costs.
Very high performance reads.
Very high performance writes.Cons: I don't see any cons in my personal experience.
Only thing is that the aggregation pipeline syntax is very verbose.Overall: Overall experience is tremendously awesome.

Pros: I am using this for my current college projects and I must say it is superb. This is way better than the conventional Oracle MySQL server and is much more easy to use.
Cons: Since I am using the basics of the application, I don't clearly know about the issues but I think that there won't be much. Coz it's just amazing.
Overall: Overall I am very satisfied with the interfaces and usage of the application. I didn't know it would be this better. Got by a recommendation from a friend.

Pros: Their Data-at-Rest Encryption and Percona Memory Engine are my favorite features. Both of them are what I need to extend the capabilities of MongoDB Community Edition.
Cons: I don't have any worries for the highlights and functionalities, but I believe they have a huge home work in promotion & marketing area.
Overall: Percona Server for MongoDB is an upgraded open source and uncommonly adaptable database that may go probably as a suitable drop-in trade for MongoDB Community Edition anyway with similar semantic structure and plan.
