    "Payolee Security Certificate"

    Pros: Easy to customize different offers to signup for content with WYSIWIG coding. I have been a continual user since early 2017.

    Cons: The services Security Certificate expired on 5/17/24 and attempts to contact them on their website phone do not go through. It is having an impact on subscription renewals. I tried emailing without a reply.

    Overall: Poor customer service. When a product is set up to process recurring payments from subscribers and is not available (especially when provider is aware of security lapse) it affects my customer's confidence in doing business with me.
