    Pros: The price is nice and they don't try to sell you what you don't need.
    Their customer service, billing, and sales are pleasant and professional.

    Cons: Customer service is strictly a ticket system. Which isn't bad. They've been getting better.

    Overall: I enjoy my time with them. Their page just updated and looks nice. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend especially for that price.

    "Terrible service"

    Pros: Nothing, honestly. They are relatively cheap I guess, but you pay in wasted time, lost data, and egregious billing errors.

    Cons: Patmos double-billed me for service and fought issuing a refund, lost all of the data on my VMs, support is unhelpful and slow to respond, the user portal site is broken. I really have nothing good to say about Patmos.

    Overall: I do not recommend this service. Avoid, avoid, avoid, completely not a good value despite the low cost.
