    Cons: sometimes can be a little slow but not very often.

    Pros: ease of use, once set up it's a very simple tool to use, there are also links to youtube video guides for all the features that are simple straight to the point and not time wasting at all.

    Cons: I had an issue with bulk uploading details and it wasn't very clear to me what the problem was, but the live chat support resolved this quickly and provided an explanation as to what had gone wrong for me and how to workaround it

    Overall: It's a great app, easy to use, sometimes simple is the best!
    But the product support i have found to be excellent, the response from a real human was really quick and was nice to know they had further support available to them quickly as well. the problem i mentioned in the "cons" box was resolved within 20 minutes

    Pros: Able to log both incoming and outgoing mail, ability to add notes regarding the contents of the package, able to download as a CSV file and automated emails to each affected employee.

    Cons: App cannot be used when WiFi is down, which causes a delay in tracking the packages correctly.

    Overall: We used to track our packages on an Excel spreadsheet (just for our dept.) which didn't help if the package was delivered to an incorrect dept. Now that we use Parcel Tracker anywhere the package is it has been scanned/logged so we can find them quickly and easily.

    Pros: Overall, a great product to use to efficiently scan and track parcels. As an end-user using the function of scanning parcels into our department, it works well to document each parcel, both with the barcode/tracking number and an image of the barcode. This helps us locate a parcel at a later date if needed.

    Cons: The barcode reader easily picks up any/all barcodes/QR codes, so it takes some getting used to to only scan the one barcode intended.

    Overall: Overall, a helpful tool to create efficiencies with tracking and logging parcels daily. The images captured helps cross-reference tracking numbers to ensure we are logging data correctly.

    Pros: I like this product, it prevents us for manually logging all trackable items, the scan process is very helpful and allows us to reduce amount of time spent researching lost parcels.

    Cons: You can't follow the parcel in-house that easily. I wish that the processes were just a little easier.

    Pros: I love to be able to use my phone to scan packages in and out of our system without having to carry around a separate device. Plus I can take pictures of packages using my phone without getting those images saved on my phone with my personal photos.
    Additionally, I have been able to arrange my deliveries for the day in the exact order of my route, so I know what delivery is next!

    Cons: I can't always find the images I have taken when I deliver a package on the phone APP. I have to go to the administration page.

    Overall: Great APP. I work for a private gated community with over 400 residents and to have a APP such as this to help us organize our packages deliveries is indispensable!

    Pros: Very user friendly and efficient. You can scan in multiple parcels in seconds and deliver them with the same amount of ease. It is also extremely cost effective!

    Cons: If you don't have a good Wi-Fi connection for your scanning device, you will have challenges.

    Overall: My overall experience with this product is a 9.5 out of 10. My only drawback was due to the lack of a solid Wi-Fi connection at times, which slowed down my delivery time.

    Cons: Nothing that I can see- although I am only in the free trial period currently.

    Overall: We have struggled in my work place for a while logging parcels and I often get a lot of people come to me and I'm not sure if there is anything for them so this is just what I was after. I like that there is an app and so different members of our team are therefore able to sign parcels in and out.

    Pros: Everything we needed to step away from manual parcel logging we found in Parcel Tracker. It has all features that small or large mailrooms may require - detailed parcel logs, signature collection at check-out, automated notifications by SMS or email. The app is highly customizable and the developers are constantly working to improve it. The interface is intuitive and easy to use and navigate. It also helps to have both desktop version and an iOS/Android app. The price is reasonable for an enterprise, and for a small mailroom the free version is sufficient.

    Cons: There are a few minor UI bugs and some helpful fields/features are currently missing. The phone/tablet app was glitchy at first and didn't sync properly, but that was fixed. It would be great to be able to assign more than one email per notification, hopefully that gets added in the future. In general, the developers listen to the issues and are highly interested in making the product better with future updates.

    Overall: An excellent all-around mailroom parcel logging solution that I can highly recommend to any business. Customer support is extremely responsive, friendly and helpful.

    Pros: it's easy to use and keeps us organized. i love the chat feature when i have questions and getting a hold of a person for help is easy with quick responses. i love the customization for most of the features on the app/web.

    Cons: on the web, it does not save my settings to default when looking at the parcel inbound/outbound list. i can create a saved setting list but having to always switch over to the saved setting when navigating through the web site and every time i log in can get pretty annoying. there should be an option to have a default AND save different settings.

    another con, is when using the app and searching a person's name you have to click the search icon to pull up the person's packages. i think it would be easier that while i type their name a box displays with those that fit the typed letters and i can quickly click on the person i'm looking for.

    hope that makes sense, if these are possible please let me know. i wasn't able to figure it out on my own.

    Overall: overall we are satisfied with the product and the features. it has helped us reduce missing packages and the use of paper.

    Pros: I like the speed we can deal with mail and parcels and how easy it is to use, saving around a good 70% of time.
    It's quick and simple to train others how to use

    Cons: Initial teething problems but once ironed out all is fine

    Overall: One of the best time saving devices that security and portering have available.
    It's unthinkable to imagine not having this system now.

    Pros: The customer support is amazing, very quick response time and very professional. The Parcel Tracker team worked with us to meet our needs and are incredibly friendly. The app is smooth and captures information with ease. Students love the QR code and we are receiving very positive feedback from students and staff.

    Cons: It doesn't always capture the carrier, however that is not a big issue.

    Overall: So far we have really enjoyed the software and would recommend this product to any college mailroom.
