Shottr is a lightweight, high-speed screenshot utility for macOS designed to take quality screen captures and edit them with precision while staying out of your way. It captures screenshots in milliseconds and supports a full range of screenshot types including single windows, selected areas, and long scrolling captures of web pages or chats, all natively optimized for Apple silicon performance. Once captured, images open immediately in an intuitive editor where you can add text, freehand drawings, highlights, arrows, and other annotations, blur or remove sensitive areas, overlay images, and style backgrounds with gradients, shadows, and rounded corners.
