    Pros: Palette.fm is very generous in its offers.. free or otherwise. The $72 a year is very reasonable and other pricing plans are more than competitive. At the moment I’m using the free service because I am compiling an album of old family pics that date back more then 100yrs. It’s for a family reunion and pics don’t have to be high definition, but if I was in any business that required realistic HD colourised pics, Palette.fm would be my recommendation. I also love the fact Palette.fm doesn’t change people faces etc.. it doesn’t use Ai which is a big plus. I’ve tried using an Ai App to fill in the ‘gaps’ on damaged pics, but Ai has to create what it thinks is a good reproduction and it never looks like the person!

    Cons: Nothing I have found at the moment. If I needed anything else a removal tool would be good to erase marks on old pics

    Overall: Thanks very much for a great service Palette.fm. Nanas like me absolutely love the fact that as amateurs we can have a go too! ❤️

    "Auto-Renewal Scam artists"

    Pros: Nothing. It's pulls from copyrighted material. Do this in ChatGPT for similar results without dealing with the headache of credit purchasing.

    Cons: Sneakily charges your credit card and will not refund within 5 minutes of asking.

    Overall: Will never use again due to the poor customer experience, awful practice of auto-subscribing and credit purchasing.

    Pros: Easy to use.

    Cons: They decided to add watermarks in the free version.
    Works not very accurately.
    The paid version is much too expensive.

    Overall: No longer useful for me.
