    Pros: The sections are easy to fill out.
    Makes distributing releases easy.
    The steps are laid out well and easy to complete.
    I like that my contact info is saved along with my social channels so I don't have to fill that out each time. It's also handy because you can create multiple contacts and save their info.
    You can easily add images.

    Cons: It would be nice to be able to add more than 10 cities because we are a provincial organization and our news is relevant across a wide region.

    Overall: I have found PR Karma and its staff very easy to work with and accommodating. If I've had any issues they've been resolved very quickly. The program itself is easy to use in my opinion and makes sending out press releases not onerous. The release itself appears nicely laid out on our newsroom.

    Pros: The ease of use, low cost, flexibility and professional newsroom make this product outstanding. As a small business, I can target journalists specifically in my cities (and surrounding.) I also like the fact that it is direct to journalists and not syndicated. The newsroom is incredibly easy to use, gives me a place to showcase my news, high resolution images and much more and makes it easy for journalists to find what they are looking for!

    I can also post news just to my newsroom & people following my newsroom which means I have cut back on my newsletters.

    Cons: I wish there was an option to pay yearly, but their month to month with no contracts is nice.

    Overall: An amazing communications platform that is affordable and makes communications to my customers, journalists & media easy.
