    "From the Perspective of a PLM Newbie"

    Pros: I had never worked with product lifecyle management software before being introduced to PDXpert PLM by the engineer on our product development project. The PDXpert support engineer assigned to our account did a great job of bringing me up to speed quickly so that I could effectively participate in the development team discussions and make sensible management decisions. It's been a bit of a steep learning curve, with delays on our side encountered along the way, but the PDXpert support and understanding has been much appreciated and kept us moving ahead with our project.

    Cons: No criticisms of PDXpert PLM software or company support.

    Overall: This has all been new to me and generally positive. I've learned a lot about a new facet of product development and enjoyed the process.

    Pros: Does almost everything I want.
    Quick and efficient support (on-line, by email or phone).

    Cons: I would like the ability to configure the BoM report template to include the fields I want and don't want. Alternatively, can we have more choice in the available BoM report templates.

    Overall: Excellent and software and a pleasure to use. Above all, the support is first class and the best I've ever experienced with any software product. - No tickets required. Requests for support are ALWAYS responded to extremely quickly and comprehensively.

    "Best support ever"

    Pros: Easy to implement by yourself. Easy to use. Great export and import tools.
    Also very customizable. The workflow can be routed as you wish. Each different type of document / part or even change can have its own numbering. And of course: the best support ever!!
    Even after our MSU ended, the support engineer let us send the log files and data to investigate what was wrong with our data and offered us the best sollution which did not cost us anything.

    Cons: Only thing missing for us is the ability to show a small image of the parts.

    Overall: We needed to manage our data urgently and with the easy import and export tools it was very fast set up. The online tutorials are very comprehensive and as it is very easy to add users at any time as our company grows, we were able to start-up with just a few users.
