Overall: We have been interacting with OZ Forensic team since past 6 months.

During the evaluation period, we found the Liveness offered by OZ Forensics has ben effective, after testing under various scenarios , both indoors and outdoors.

During the implementation period, OZ forensic team has been very co-operative and supporting in resolving our occasional doubts and queries, which has accelerated the implementation.

During the pilot roll out at a live customer site, the OZ support team has been very helpful , at times, they gave support to us during their weekly offs.

In our opinion, those who are serious in their biometric implementation project or product, should definitely consider OZ forensic for a reliable and accurate solution.

OZ is currently making an embedded Liveness module on our Android based system, as a specific request.

Pros: Excellent accuracy! Able to detect injection attack as well which very important due to current attack on the market.

Cons: No cons so far because we are really happy. Hopefully stays this for a long time.

Cons: Not really. There were a few hiccups when we first installed it, but the tech support was very helpful, and it turned out that we missed some things from the step-by-step guide. Other than that, everything was very smooth and easy to integrate

Overall: Oz Liveness detection solution has helped us accelerate our processes a lot. I think we might even consider partnering up with Oz Forensics long-term, they have great potential for long-term collaboration, and the solutions are highly scalable

Pros: One of the primary advantages for an implementer is the time that the entire development takes, this product has a very short learning curve and that is very good for the demands that our projects have today. I also think it has a powerful support team that always helped us every time we didn't know how to move forward.

Cons: There is a lack of package options for integrators, for use in demos, options for example so that sellers can show the product

Overall: It is an SDK that meets the highest industry standards, is easy to intuitive, and does not have a very long learning curve.

Pros: We needed a liveness detection solution for mobile devices for our line of work, so we were very happy that the app was very easy to set up and integrate with our systems (we mostly use the Android app). It makes it so much easier to do liveness checks. Our IT guys say that Oz Forensics face liveness detection api is very intuitive and the tech support has been a great help.

Cons: I can’t say there are any critical liveness detection downsides because we’ve only been using it for a couple of months.

Overall: We don’t have an extensive IT team so Oz Liveness proved to be the best anti spoofing software for us because it was the easiest to integrate with our systems. The liveness check process is basically seamless. We haven’t come across any successful attacks and that is a good facial liveness detection product in my book.

Overall: Overall Oz has high reliability, great customer technical support, and blocks all injection, replay and spoof attack.

Pros: What we liked most about OZ is the ease of integrating it into our projects, the usability for our clients has been fantastic and very well perceived by them.

Cons: They could integrate the OCR and validation of the identity document and passport as an integrated pack.

Overall: In summary, our experience is satisfactory, we have tried other products and we have chosen OZ especially for the commercial support in Spanish, the ease of use and the good level of technical support.

Pros: Unlike other solutions that could be complicated for the end-user to complete, OZ Forensics SDK makes it really easy to integrate and use. Support team is always ready and helpful. Price is very competitive compared to other similar solutions. We have not had a single case of attackers passing this liveness test.

Cons: Loading the SDK in slow internet connections takes some time, some users on mobile data my experience this.

Overall: I would highly recommend OZ Forensics for any on-board solution that requires a certified and reliable liveness detection test.

* The initial contact I had via chat on the website and then with Fannur was VERY good.

Cons: The documentation is easy to understand but not very intuitive, important pages such as "Launching the Plugin" do not have any highlights within "Web Plugin".

Overall: One of our liveness reports was successful despite having been done by 2 different people, I tried to contact support, explained the problem, sent the PDF, and have not received a satisfactory response so far.

Pros: Fast deployment, great tech support, zero attack attempts missed. Oz Liveness is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a remote customer identification solution.

Cons: No cons have been identified during the whole period. Let's see how it will be after some time.

Overall: For our dating app (sana love) we choosing verification solution between several solutions. After demo usage we are decide to choose oz liveness. Our main criteria was - recognition quality, speed, SDK for mobile platforms.
