Pros: I like that it is easy to get an overall view of what studios need coverage. And that it eliminates the manager having to find coverage. This way it gives all employees a chance to respond. You can also see who covers the most and for who.!
Cons: I didn't know you could keep the toggle on so that it allows you to automatically approve the shift.
Overall: It is beautiful and I think the more I settle into this new role of mine; the more I will learn the details of what OurPeople has to offer.

Pros: The app delivers really simple bite sizes Cards that are way faster for my team to read in the store.
I can easily share my schedule, Chat with my team, and even train them on upcoming POP changes.Cons: I wish I could customize the app a bit more, my logos and color is great but I would like to add a custom wallpaper maybe? Otherwise, that is really a minor issue
Overall: Great app, saves me and my team time while they are super busy with customers. I would recommend this to anyone that works in fast food. Also, their support team is way better than I would have expected from any software service, they seem to really care about me as a customer.

Pros: OurPeople has a simple, clear, and fun platform. They make it extremely intuitive and are always updating their features. They stay consistent, relevant, and have excellent customer service!
Cons: I wish they had a few more features, but they are always updating, so they continue to grow.
Overall: Overall, my experience with OurPeople has been 10/10. They are kind, responsive, understanding, and they work hard to serve our community. I am grateful for their support and for this wonderful platform that provides clear communication to my team.

Pros: Chats in groups or one on one.
Broadcast announcements to teams or company-wide
surveys and feedback from your team quickly.Cons: Occasional bugs.
Can search for specific conversations in the chat feature.Overall: It was a good switch away from messenger for work related chats. helps the work-life separation and keeps the team all in one spot.

Pros: The system is user friendly and easy to learn and navigate. Product support is very responsive and open to suggestions. Set up for employees is extremely easy.
Cons: If the app needs to be reinstalled on a device it resends all previously received broadcasts. I wish there was a bit more administrative functionality when an admin used the app.
Overall: Overall the product makes everyday communication with employees extremely easy. It has turned into our communication hub with everything stored in one spot.

Pros: Keeps work chats and messages all in one place! Our team is very engaged with this easy to use platform and the flexibility of creating different groups really helps.
Cons: Our team hasn't really gotten comfortable with the "Cover" request aspect of the app and when they send messages in the bigger group chats sometimes these requests get buried!
Overall: OurPeople is a great communication tool that is easy to use and engages our team members to stay informed, updated and connected! The OurPeople app team is super helpful and supportive, set up was easy and we use it every day!

Pros: Having OurPeople app within our staff and instructors have certainly helped made communication between us all easier!
Cons: Very easy to use and I have not found anything that I dislike!
Overall: It is effective form of communication between the instructors and allows a much faster response in a structured way.

Pros: By using the Our People app, we've been able to connect with more of our workforce than ever before. It's been invaluable during the covid-19 pandemic, with strong engagement numbers across the board.
With Our People, the messages we send are now reaching those people who weren't always served by more traditional routes, while allowing us the flexibility to mix things up with things like video updates, quizzes and surveys.Cons: To improve the product, there needs to be more done around the area of analytics. However, I know this is something they're working on.
Overall: This product is an easy to use and very effective way of keeping colleagues connected and informed.

Pros: The 'Tag' system that the software implements in order to identify users based on what criteria apply to them in their given role within the organisation. Really good way to be able to quickly target key groups of people. Being able to store, important documents, training videos, etc, and be able to access them on your mobile device o the fly is really useful.
Cons: The desktop console lacks the 'Chat' function that the mobile app has, would be a useful addition if it was implemented in a future update?
Overall: Staff are really friendly and very eager to help, are always on hand to assist you and provide training and support where necessary. They will work with you to create a customised Tag system that really works for your organisation and allows you to effortlessly sort through your user list to get to the people you need. Pricing of the software was very competitive compared to other similar software solutions.
