"Terrible Customer Service / Zero Support" Posted 2021-09-28
Pros: When it's up and running it works great, if you get it working don't ever make a change. Beware!!!!!
Cons: Zero customer support. Impossible to get in touch with them, zero communication. Have a chat line that sits there unanswered, leave voicemails no return calls and emails that get responded to weeks later all while your system is offline or crashing.
Dealing with them has been one of the most frustrating parts of my day, Have 21 more locations opening in 30-45 days that we are looking for another company to deal with.Overall: Terrible. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone, fix your customer support and work on your communication skills. All anyone wants is to know that someone is working to resolve the issue, not with this company. Crickets.
