Analytical schemes offer a higher degree of rigour and objectivity. They enable a systematic approach to be applied providing a rationale as to why jobs are ranked differently. Application of the same method throughout the evaluation ensures consistency while minimising subjectivity and gender bias
Orbit Eval is easy to use, very transparent and ensures consistency. The tool has been designed to be ‘owned’ by the organisation & requires minimal amounts of training. . It is hosted in the cloud with access permission levels.
You can also input your current paper based scheme into the web-based data storage facility in Orbit Eval© to accommodate various systems including: NJC, GLPC & others.
