Onramper

Pros: - Having all major onramps integrated in one product without negotiating each separately is a huge benefit.
- Extremely simple and fast integration process.
- Excellent support: both technical and business teams were responsive and hands-on at every stage.
- Transparent pricing and reliable infrastructure.

Cons: I feel like I should write a downside here… but honestly, I can’t find one

Overall: Our experience with Onramper has been outstanding. From day one, the team was highly responsive and dedicated, providing 1:1 guidance at every step, from sandbox testing to production integration. The integration itself was smooth and straightforward, and the support team ensured we could go live quickly and confidently. Onramper removes friction for us and our users, and it feels like a true partner rather than just a provider.

Pros: Easy to setup, great communication with their team for assistance and support, very responsive to emails and above all, a seamless, easy to use solution! Absolutely recommended.

Cons: Not even one.

Overall: Very easy onboarding; we were up and running in no time. A great solution for those looking for a service such as this.

Pros: Great selection of different platforms and currencies, Easy provisioning and installation. Quick response from sales team.

Cons: A little bit challenging health status for backend providers.

Overall: Great experience, we have easily provisioned and deployed. Received necessary support and started our project on time.

Pros: The fact that it's a "carousel" of multiple acquirers and that they can be added and removed when needed.

Cons: The lack of response from the OnRamper team. There are 6 people from Onramper on our telegram group but only 1 answers every now and then. If there would be more communication also between OnRamper and the acquirers that are on the widget it would also make things much easier. For example, the information that comes from them: minimum, maximum, KYC needed, geographical area, crypto accepted etc.

Overall: Overall the product is quite innovative and in the future if the communication problem would be solved, it will be a huge success.

Pros: Interface was OK to use and had a few customization/skin options, but couldn't access these as support provided this access.

Cons: Support was unreachable, but claim to be "one email away"
Some of the issues and mistakes with their configuration and customization options require input from support.

Overall: Very bad. I'll be sourcing other options and recommend that anyone considering using Onramper does the same, before you lose your mind.

Pros: We did a request to integrate Onramper API and after we paid the $1000 fee we got the codes but it never worked, so we text them multiple times and after I tried to reach them on Twitter they blocked me.

Cons: They took $1000 and did not deliver anything, so i suggest you to look for some other provider.

Overall: Best thing you can do is report them everywhere.
