"Very Happy with OnePageCRM" Posted 2020-07-10
Pros: OnePageCRM is intuitive and user-friendly to use. I and my team were able to seamlessly transition from our old systems to OnePageCRM.
We love how easy it is to share information between teammates and collaborate on deals that are in the works.
It's easily customize-able.
The support! The help site is highly searchable and full of great step by step instruction and videos. And the support team is friendly, responsive and helpful - it's probably the best support I have received from any tech company, and I work for a SaaS company so I know how challenging this can be.Cons: The system is built around having a single Next Action for each of your contacts. I understand and appreciate the ethos, but I sometimes have concurrent 'Next Actions' for a deal and find the limit frustrating.
It's not as easy to change, delete or update an 'Next Action' as I would like. Again, priorities can change frequently for my deals. But the Support Team took my feedback and let me know that they are working on this continually.
Limited to only one Pipeline - they are in the beta testing for expanding to multiple pipelines but were disappointed to hear that they will be moving to a tiered pricing model and we'd have to upgrade to have multiple pipelines. While we understand that sometimes pricing models need to change, one of the deciding factors for us going with OnePageCRM was their flat pricing.Overall: After months of evaluating over 10 CRMs we went with OnePageCRM and we are very happy with our choice. The transition has been painless and we are continually happy with how easy it is to add in custom fields when we want them and how easy it is to share information.

"OnePage is a Game Changer" Posted 2020-07-09
Pros: I used ACT for ages and then made the switch to OnePage. Primarily, I loved the follow up feature but have since found so many easy to use features such as the gmail capture, social media contact information, email template, quotes, etc.
My team has no complaints and use the app while on the road. I have since recommended to other franchises within our group and they are all now on board as well.Cons: Wish there was a way to view action stream in advance for a particular date in the future for planning purposes (like a calendar view).
Wish the email templates could be available on the appOverall: Pretty much seamless transfer of years worth of data from ACT to OnePage, primarily due to their excellent customer service rep. They called me and helped me through every step of the process. They helped me with customized features and have always been responsive to any questions. If sales people on my team love it, then that in itself speaks volumes.

"CRM for ordinary businesses" Posted 2020-07-08
Pros: Ease of set up, powerful search, great mobile app and great support. Easy to export data and works with Mail Chimp and accounting packages.
Focus on next action makes its a highly effective sales support tool.Cons: Some of the integration features can be a bit clunky.
Overall: I had been using SugarCRM, and while it was a powerful "industrial strength" system, it was way over-engineered for my SME needs.

"Best Ever" Posted 2020-07-08
Pros: Now that I’ve had a chance to get comfortable with OnePageCRM, I reiterate that I love it, and think it is far superior to any CRM I have ever used (including Salesforce). The integration with other programs is awesome.
You’ve put together a top-notch team. Carmel is great at teaching the use of the program, and your customer support staff has greatly enhanced my appreciation OnePage.
Keep it up!
P.S. - I've convinced two clients to open accounts.Cons: So far, no issues. I haven't fully explored the capabilities. Not sure how robust the gantt chart/timeline features are.
Overall: Completely positive. Got help getting started. Training materials are good, and I'm expanding my use.
