    "Great Payroll Software for CPA Firms"

    Pros: We originally began using this platform as a way to pay our only W-2 employee, my wife, but have since expanded its use with most of our clients.

    Cons: The inability to allocate labor to multiple departments limits the usefulness of the software, especially as it relates to the QBO plugin.

    Overall: Overall I would recommend OnPay to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive way to run payroll. It is a good investment.

    Pros: We obtained this software for an affiliated organization, as we needed an affordable way to process payroll for one employee. This software delivered!

    Cons: The ability to distribute payroll costs across multiple departments for a single employee would be super useful as a nonprofit.

    Overall: Overall this software perfectly fit our needs and we have every intention of continuing to use it for the duration of our grant!
