Pros: None.
Cons: 1. This company asks for an inappropriate amount of information to register a vehicle. They absolutely do not need to have a copy of a vehicle's title, registration, or VIN number. This is a private company, not a government entity, and has little to no accountability or transparency with personal information.
2. They send saccharine emails about how they're so-very-sorry they have to charge a late fee, isn't-it-just-awful, and threaten to tow you if you don't pay. As others have said, new users have to jump through several hoops to apply for an account, and once the account is approved, the additional demand to pay again or incur a late fee is easy to miss. And they don't send reminders. I wonder why? But aren't they just so very sorry they have to gouge a late fee out of you.
3. Their customer service is rude and disrespectful.
4. They tow, boot, and issue citations unnecessarily.Overall: This company is shameful and should go out of business. Avoid if possible. If you're a residential facility, try to find a better alternative for parking enforcement.

Pros: The fact that they monitor the parking at the apartment. Which I appreciate if their business was ethical and just.
Cons: The customer service representative I spoke to, Eve, was very rude and disrespectful. I called, spoke kindly to her regarding their policies and asked if anything could be changed.
Overall: Very poor, I feel this company creates unnecessary violations in order to boot/tow cars for their own profit. I feel that they are scamming residents, in already expensive communities, creating unnecessary stress, in order to make more money… they create violations that are unjust so they are able to make benefit from mistakes.

Pros: Nothing so far, seems everything is “automatic” in the system and no one is responsible. Severely lacking customer service.
Cons: They like to use the term “unfortunately” but will happily charge you fees that “cannot be removed”
Overall: As I stated in the emails, when I enrolled I thought I paid to have the account activated. I was never notified again of payment via text or email. I was unaware of a “10 day Grace period” bc no one communicated it to me. As someone new to your product, and new to the complex and all of the chaos that comes with moving, a courtesy text/email would have shown great customer service. Now I’m told it’s automatic and there’s “nothing anyone can do about it” so I’m to pay a 15% late fee “unfortunately”

Pros: I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this company. Do not use them if you have any other alternative(s). This company will destroy your reputation. Save yourself the hassle of working with this company.
Cons: -Staff is very unprofessional.
-Contracted towing companies do not follow the law, per Florida statute §715.07.
-Very difficult to speak to a live-person when assistance is needed and they will hang-up on you if you ask questions they can't answer.Overall: OnCall Parking Manager is well-known in the South Florida region for terrible customer service, unprofessional staff, and contracting with towing companies that do not follow fl laws and regulations, pursuant to Florida statute §715.07. I have never had such a terrible experience dealing with a parking manager company/app. I strongly recommend using a competitor for your community or business.
