Pros: Fairly easy to learn and use, but that's about it. However, you pay for an annual fee, which includes not much of anything useful.
Cons: Terrible service, no stability in inventory counts, and numbers change depending on the database.
Overall: Looking for a better system, with actual support with an annual fee.

Pros: Not a thing...Ok maybe the little monkey at log in.
Cons: I will just give bullet Points:
• No support
• Totally closed system
• Bugs all over the place
• Can’t handle tiered pricing
• EDI is a joke little to no automation
• Not user friendly
• Cumbersome
• Poor Accounting functionality
• Lack of any financial controls
• Many more thingsOverall: I cant believe this is actually called software. My understanding is this is primarily used by shoe stores. I can not tell you why it was chosen other than for price and sales pitch, since I in inherited this system. We are currently review actual ERP systems(Dynamics, Acumatica, Netsuites, Etc.) in order to replace.

As for support, forget about it. There is only one person who seems to know about the system and he doesn't know everything about it. Add to that you never can get anyone and never a call back.
Save your money buy a real system. BTW I would give it no stars but this review would not let me.
