"A Powerful Tool for Streamlined Marketing" Posted 2025-12-30
Pros: One of the standout features of Nutshell CRM is its user-friendly interface. The clean, intuitive design makes it incredibly easy for team members to navigate and get up to speed quickly, even if they're not particularly tech-savvy. This simplicity doesn't sacrifice functionality, as the CRM also offers comprehensive reporting and analytics. With customizable reports and a dynamic dashboard, Nutshell provides valuable insights into sales performance, lead generation, and customer interactions. This combination of ease-of-use and powerful reporting tools makes it an ideal solution for teams looking to streamline their workflows while gaining actionable business insights.
Cons: While Nutshell offers a lot of great features, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some users may find the lack of advanced customization options in certain areas, like the user interface or reporting templates, a bit limiting. Additionally, while it integrates with many tools, it doesn't support as wide a range of integrations as some other CRMs, which could be a drawback for teams using more niche software.
Overall: Nutshell CRM offers a user-friendly, intuitive experience that’s perfect for small to medium-sized businesses. Its sales pipeline management is streamlined and easy to navigate, making it simple to track leads, deals, and tasks. While the automation and reporting features are solid, they lack the depth found in some more advanced CRMs. The platform integrates well with popular tools like Microsoft Office, though its range of integrations is minorly limited. Customer support is responsive, and the pricing is competitive, providing strong value for businesses looking for an affordable and effective CRM. Overall, Nutshell is a great choice for teams seeking a simple, easy-to-use CRM without the complexity of larger systems.

"Our crm of choice " Posted 2025-12-24
Pros: Nutshell is easy to adopt and intuitive for sales teams, which leads to higher usage and better data quality. Pipelines and fields are flexible enough to reflect real sales processes without overcomplication. Visibility into deals, activities, and follow-ups is clear, making it easier for managers to coach and forecast effectively.
Cons: Advanced reporting and automation are more limited compared to larger enterprise CRMs, and highly complex workflows may require workarounds. Teams looking for deep native marketing automation or heavy customization at the enterprise level may find Nutshell intentionally streamlined rather than exhaustive.
Overall: Overall, Nutshell is a well-designed CRM that prioritizes usability and real-world sales workflows. It’s a strong option for teams that want clear pipelines, reliable activity tracking, and high adoption without the complexity and overhead of larger enterprise platforms.

"Intuitive UI, Clever Features, a CRM I don't hate" Posted 2025-12-19
Pros: Great and intuitive UX/UI, efficiency of workflows, strong email and other integrations, and mobile app quality. The mobile app allows for on-the-go solutions, email integrations are powerful for historical context, and it's highly intuitive to use versus legacy competitors. We can see in real-time across devices which opportunities are advancing and where others were left behind.
Cons: It's still a a CRM, I wish the search function was more comprehensive, and I'd love to be able to sync with other MSFT products like OneNote and Teams
Overall: Very positive experience compared to the "leading" CRMs I've used (Hubspot, Salesforce). So much more intuitive and lightweight for a small team - perfect for us.

"Great for organizing and keeping up with people for your business." Posted 2025-12-18
Pros: The non profit I work for uses this software to have one place to track and follow up with people that are interested in knowing more about what we do (that hopefully leads to working with us). Once you understand what features are there, it is very easy to use. I am on and off Nutshell all day, and have to teach other teammates how to use it sometimes. The automations make it easy to communicate with your network once a new person drops into your pipeline. That takes one thing off of my plate, but still leaves a personal touch with the person on the other side of the email/text. Setting reminders (aka activities) keeps me on task without having to backtrack to figure out what my next step is. You just keep moving forward! And customer support is nice because if I have a FAQ, then the chat bot can answer it. The bot starts off by saying if you want to talk with a real person then say that and we will get you connected, so there is no waiting and being frustrated with a robot.
Cons: The hard part of Nutshell is the same as any tech related thing. You have to figure out the different features. Nutshell provides support and trainings that give you an overview of how to use it as well as updated trainings when a new feature is added. So, once you learn the new feature, you are able to integrate it into making your job easier.
Overall: If it wasn't for Nutshell, I would have to keep a separate document to keep tabs on hundreds of people at a time, continuously searching my email to see if the person responded or if I still hadn't responded yet, having a separate calendar just for reminders to follow up with people after a certain amount of time, etc. However, with Nutshell, that is for the most part automated and all in one place. It saves me hours in my workday. I can just start doing the task I am supposed to.

"Nutshell is Affordable and Easy to Use" Posted 2025-12-18
Pros: Nutshell is easy to use and took little time to understand how to use the basic components. I have also found the application to be affordable for my small business. I like that it keeps track of all my interactions with my clients.
Cons: I would like the fonts to be larger and darker to make reading the content easier.
Overall: Overall I recommend this application for anyone in sales as I use it to keep track of leads and the resulting sales from those people who become clients.

"Lack of support, not built for our type of company (so we've been told)" Posted 2025-12-18
Pros: Email, sales, and lead management all in one. Being able to email and call contacts directly from the system is a benefit
Cons: Lack of support, implementing workarounds because the team is unwilling to implement solutions for service based companies. "Nutshell isn't made for that, but you can do this instead and it kind of works"
Overall: Data inaccuracies, lack of trust in our lists, the "AI" has muddied our list and created many duplicates even though I have turned this feature off, it still adds irrelevant people and companies.

"Robust CRM" Posted 2025-12-18
Pros: A solid, reliable CRM that excels at organizing client communication and adapting to relationship-driven workflows.
Cons: There is a learning curve for those who aren't familiar with CRMs and customer service could be a bit more hands-on.
Overall: Overall, it's been a good experience for us. Nutshell has completely streamlined our client communications. We use the pipelines as a customer journey tool rather than a sales funnel, and it has brought real clarity to how we work.

"A Long-Time Go-To CRM for Our Agency" Posted 2025-12-18
Pros: Nutshell is one of the most user-friendly CRMs we’ve used as a marketing agency. We’ve been in and out of the platform for almost 10 years, and it’s remained a reliable option whenever we want something powerful without unnecessary complexity. The mobile app is excellent for logging notes and updates right after meetings, and the email and calendar integrations keep everything organized in one place.
Cons: If you’re looking for an ultra-enterprise solution with endless customization, this may not be the right fit — but for agencies, that simplicity is a strength.
Overall: We’ve relied on Nutshell CRM on and off for nearly a decade, which says a lot given how many CRMs we’ve evaluated over the years.

"Easy to use, user-friendly, great customizations!" Posted 2025-12-18
Pros: How easy to use and onboard new employees, the overall level of customization available especially for integrating with our existing systems, and the short overall learning curve to use and customize it for our needs.
Cons: There’s really nothing to dislike from my end, it’s really easy to use and more importantly really easy to customize so that we rarely run into issues with it and when we do, it’s a user issue and not a platform issue. I honestly wish every other software was this well thought out!
Overall: I’ve been using Nutshell for a couple years now, first as a general user and now an admin too. It gets daily use from me and not having it would make my life so much more needlessly difficult. It truly solves a lot of minor problems and makes managing the larger issues much simpler. Having it interface with our existing system is amazing and saves a ton of time and expense for not having to migrate things from a legacy system.
