Netchex

Pros: It is easy to enter payroll and new employee information. I like the editor function where I can customize reports. friendly for employees and they can easily access and update their own information. They are constantly making changes/updates and looking for ways to improve.

Cons: There is nothing I can really say I don't like about the software.

Overall: This software has allowed our company to automate several tasks that were previously paper-based and required more manual labor. This software has also created more time for our department's employees to concentrate their time and efforts in other areas which has increased our productivity

Pros: It was a process to do our changeover, however, it was so less complicated as I thought it was going to be. I have enjoyed the change since March 2023.

Cons: We have some issues with people not being able to use phones for clocking in and out. It was not a Netchex issue, it was operator error.

Overall: Overall, I have had a pleasant experience, I learn new things all the time. I even found old co-workers in other states.

Pros: I love all of the helpful training resources Netchex provides as well as having all employee information in one place.

Cons: I haven't found any cons or things I dislike yet.

Overall: Overall, I have been extremely happy with Netchex, the support it gives, and all of the resources available.

Pros: Its easy to use, support is always there to help with any questions. I like how I can view each employee separate from each other.

Cons: There are to many step just to process payroll. Set up was confusing.

Overall: I would say the start up was confusing at first but after a while you get use to the program set up.

Pros: Super easy to use, great training videos, professional and helpful customer service, easy to connect.

Cons: Nothing I can think of. Very satisfied with the product.

Overall: I am really happy with Netchex and I would not change anything. Please, load more videos so we can learn more.

Pros: I feel that you get a lot of features for an affordable price compared to products that are similar. They are always adding new features that simplify the task that is needed for a business using it.

Cons: Its design isn't visually up to date and appears older than it is. It would be nice if it sent training to a user on each access that they are given as it is time-consuming to teach each employee how to use the product.

Overall: You will get excellent and easy support from day one to years later for an affordable price that fits even a small business budget.

Pros: It is easy to use to complete payroll each week. I am able to complete payroll within a matter of minutes due to being able to upload a report instead of manually entering all hours.

Cons: I wish that there was more training instead of just videos and no email help line. Only phone is available.

Overall: Overall, I find Netchex easy to use once you learn the software. Their team is willing to help answer any questions you have as well.

Pros: I'm fairly new to the HR department put Netchex has been a great tool in processing payroll and keeping up with everyone's information.

Cons: I have no cons as of yet. Everything has been great.

Overall: I really like how fast and efficient customer support is. Anytime I have any issues it is taken care of in a timely manner.

Pros: I like that it compiles many needed functions all in one spot for convenience. Many of it's functions are intuitive and if there is a need of help figuring out there are available tutorials and a means to reach out to support for help. It also allows employees more ability to take on further responsibility for information and management.

Cons: On the time and attendance report sometimes employees who should show up don't so it necessitates double checking in their account, Though overall saves so much time of doing it all manually.

Overall: Overall this product helps to ease the administrative tasks by making processes more efficient and giving more to the employees.

Pros: Great Customer Service, always willing to answer any questions and concerns. Great training features for new learners or those that just need a refresher. Love the you can do essentially everything from one platform from task assignments, to payroll to performance reviews.

Cons: Dislike that when the Netchex system is down there isn't an alert of something that goes out so you don't know if it is on your end or a system wide error. Wish there would be an email push for new updates that are out there for learnings/new features that are available.

Overall: Overall I think it is a great platform with ease of use for anyone. Whether your company is a small business to a large corporation this is something that anyone should and could use and see the benefits from.

Pros: Easy to use to process payroll, track employees and ACA compliance. Very customer service oriented.

Cons: Nothing. Netchex offers everything we need for our small business.

Overall: They are very responsive to problems and issues that may arise. The reporting side is very detailed.

Pros: The payroll component is extremely easy to use and allows our employees to pull their timecards at any time. Their customer service is exceptional and prompt to respond when issues arise.

Cons: Glitches with employees being able to punch in and out on occasion.

Overall: I would recommend using Netchex based on their exceptional customer service and ease of usability for our staff and myself. Great product for on the go payroll processing.

Pros: We have really liked how many features Netchex offers within one platform. We can hire, onboard, train, and pay employees all through Netchex, which greatly reduces the manual work needed and saves us a lot of time. It is also great that everything can be done electronically and not by hand.

Cons: Some of the reporting features do not allow for sharing across user profiles. For example, you can create your own customized report, but that report cannot be accessed by other users within the same company. Each user has to create the report themselves and save it down. We wish this could be changed.

Overall: Our overall experience has been very positive. The platform is very sophisticated and allows for a lot of customization. We have also been very happy with the support team and how they quickly and helpfully resolves any problems we might be having.

Pros: I have had very few (and simple) issues, but the customer support is awesome. They promptly address any problems.

Cons: One issue keeps recurring, but the support team is excellent on follow up and committed to a satisfactory resolution.

Overall: The pros outweigh cons relating to the service. I particularly am impressed with available training.

Pros: Netchex Online offers everything a company needs from start up to finish. From Time & Attendance, Employee Scheduling HR Compliance, Onboarding, Performance Management, Recruiting, Training, and Benefits Administration.

Cons: There are no cons for us at Tri-State Bank of Memphis. The features are as promised, the Design was what our company needed, and the Support is top in knowledge, skill, and compliance issues.

Overall: The best HRIS system we could have ever invested in for our company and employees and managers. The pricing over the years has been outstanding. The training and Netconnect features and events keep us up to date in compliance issues, Technology issues and software. Netchex Online experience will always be the leading in technology and listening to our needs with leadership from the top at Netchex listening to our needs and their teams on top of leading technology a company using all of its features and services and products can't go wrong.

Pros: We enjoy the ability to run payroll with Dealertrack integration. It was a smooth transition for our company and Whitney and her team were amazing. The support after our set up has been excellent as well.

Cons: We haven't really had any cons with the software.

Overall: Overall, we have been impressed with the amount of labor hours we have saved by switching to this software for our payroll needs.

Pros: Netchex is just amazing all around. When in need they are there working hard to make sure everything is fulfilled each week for our payroll as well as meeting any of our HR needs. I was a little worried at first switching to another company from Paycom but is was the best move our company made!

Cons: I don't like not having the hire/rehire date on employee timecards. This would make it easier to know if an employee has completed their grace period and eligible for example PTO, Holiday etc. that the company honors.

Overall: Regardless of my ONE con, I just love Netchex and all their employees who work behind the screen to help keep things running smoothly for our company. For me, a happy smooth payroll makes a happy smooth EVERYBODY!

Pros: All of the platforms are truly integrated so no more entering the same information multiple time and are very user friendly.

Cons: Time and Attendance is not as updated as the other platforms, but I'm sure that will be addressed in the near future.

Overall: The simplicity and ease of use has made payroll processing SO easy. In fact, there isn't anything that cause my job to be labor intensive. Also, their customer service cannot be beat!

Pros: Netchex is on point when it comes to customer service. The team is knowledgeable and ready to assist you without complicated menus and long hold times.
The team also loves the easy to use self service feature. Payroll is a breeze and onboarding has improved for us be using Netchex.

Cons: Sometimes some features are a little antiquated or not up to par with the large competitors.

Overall: Overall we are very happy with Netchex. They have been a great partner and services our needs perfectly for our size organization.

Pros: Everything from the Dashboard to Payroll to HRIS is easy to use. There are tons of resources available as well. The HR Assist tool makes it easy for our managers to see things like birthdays, anniversaries, time off requests and performance reviews at the click of a button!

Cons: If you have multiple companies and make a change to the settings, you have to do it for each company.

Overall: The onboarding was one of the smoothest I've ever experienced. The platform is very user friendly. The integration with M3 is a definite plus!
