Pros: NetSuite has represented a great solution for our work, it has allowed us to automate different boring and slow administrative tasks, making every important aspect of our work much more agile and efficient. It perfectly meets the requirements of our department, adapting to the regulations and allowing us to work within that framework, both as an external and internal auditor, providing revenue recognition in accordance with the regulations and control of permits, restricting each role to no more than its compatible functions. . Another of the strengths is its constant evolution, we always have extensive updates that allow us to cover more and more different work aspects that we did not do before, it helps us improve our work. That it is based on the cloud gives us even more peace of mind, so we know that it will not take up space on our devices, our information will be safe and that the storage space to manage our work is quite large. It contributes significantly in the accounting part, managing multiple books, inventory auditing and even processing orders and supervising the production chain, managing this from the front page gives us a much more complete and automated perspective of our work. It is also an excellent space to develop CRM work, it contributes with the ideal tools, being the solution to enhance the most intimate relationship with our clients.
Cons: I only have two important points that do not convince me:
The reports are not exhaustive, they do not provide the detail I need, they are not very dynamic, and they do not allow us to expand and develop everything that we need to capture in them.
The costs could be adjusted a little more for the service packages, we buy a package that offers tools that we use but others that we do not use, so we feel that we are paying for more than what we need, being able to customize what we want in our plan would be friendly.Overall: It has been the ideal solution for our work, the platform has all the tools we need to automate our work, move quickly and efficiently, leaving aside so much annoying work and changing it for something that considerably increases our work productivity and saves us enough. time that we have now invested in other things that have brought about significant changes to our services. It promoted collaborative work, accounting order and the CRM system, it has the necessary characteristics to develop each area without letting anything escape, we are happy with NetSuite and what it has contributed to our work, it has opened the doors for us to develop a flow of I work with a much higher rate of success and it allowed us to capture all our problems on its platform to finally find a workload management to solve problems and work more efficiently. We know that we have more than a platform, it has been the ideal space to develop our potential and further exploit the implementation of our product. The accounting part is no longer a problem, it has been the solution we needed to manage and supervise every aspect of inventory, product development and final sale.
